The most important are: anandamide, arginine, dopamine (a neurotransmitter), epicatechin (antioxidant), histamine, magnesium, serotonin (neurotransmitter), tryptophan, phenylethylamine, a polyphenol (antioxidant), tyramine and salsolinol.
